​Pandebono or pan de bono is a type of Colombian bread made from a combination of cheeses (fresh, country and salty cheese), corn flour, fresh eggs, yucca (tapioca) starch, corn starch and sugar. Traditionally, a pandebono is consumed while still warm with hot chocolate a few minutes after baking. ​
