​Almojábanas are small bun-shaped breads made with cheese found throughout Latin America, especially Colombia, Puerto Rico and Panama. Usually enjoyed with a cup of coffee, our almojabanas are made of fresh cheese, corn flour, fresh eggs, yucca (tapioca) starch, corn starch and sugar.
