​Delicious natural, pure and artisanal sweetener extracted directly from the sugarcane planted in the central mountain range of Colombia. With caramelized flavor, it provides more nutrients and vitamins than normal refined sugar. It is commonly recognised in square form in a large part of Latin America; but in Asian countries, like India, its most commonly packaged in cone shapes and it is called Jaggery.
